Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp oil or ghee
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Water (as needed to knead)

- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

- 1/4 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and oil. Mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add water and knead into a firm, smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken or vegetables, marinara sauce, chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Ensure the mixture is not too wet to avoid soggy samosas.
Step 3: Assemble the Samosas
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin, oval shapes.
- Cut each oval in half to form two semi-circles.
- Take one semi-circle, fold it into a cone shape, and seal the edge with water.
- Fill the cone with the pizza mixture. Seal the open edge tightly using water.
Step 4: Fry the Samosas
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the samosas in batches until golden and crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
